These are indicative New Zealand market-based planning figures, reviewed in September 2026. They are not guaranteed offers, fixed quotes or a claim about a national average. They help you set a brief before requesting a tailored proposal.
GST treatment will be confirmed in the written proposal. Do not assume these figures are GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive. Your proposal will identify applicable tax and the total payable before you accept.
Starting scopes assume a suitable existing venue in Wellington city, ordinary loading access and local delivery, setup and pack-down. Additional travel, freight, access requirements and extended staffing are quoted explicitly.

A compact two-table session for up to 20 guests, around two hours of hosted activity.
More guests may require extra tables and staff. Styling, a dedicated MC, longer sessions, premium equipment and travel increase the scope. No prizes are included.

A focused three-hour celebration for up to 20 guests, with one styled focal area in an existing venue.
Applies to private occasions, Christmas parties, masquerade, Gatsby, Hollywood, tropical, winter, carnival, retro and Kiwi-inspired themes. Hosted casino tables, performers and custom fabrication are additional.

A compact four-hour event for up to 30 guests in an existing presentation-ready venue.
Covers gala dinners, awards, launches, company anniversaries, staff appreciation, conference socials, networking and charity-event production. Custom installations, dedicated MCs, large staging and complex AV are additional.

A roughly 90-minute indoor programme for up to 20 participants at a suitable venue.
Larger groups, additional facilitators, bespoke challenges, sports-themed equipment, specialist activities and longer programmes change the cost. Venue and transport are separate.
Request a tailored proposalVenue hire, catering, alcohol, accommodation, third-party performers, security, special licences, major staging, large LED walls, custom fabrication and extraordinary access costs are excluded from these starting scopes. Travel outside the Wellington city assumptions and any additional freight are also separate. A proposal will identify anything required for your particular event rather than silently omitting it from the total.
Our maximum event size is 50 guests and programmes can run up to 9 hours. The published starting prices apply to the smaller and shorter scopes described above, not the maximum capacity or duration. A full-day event can require additional staffing, breaks, equipment time and multiple programme segments.
If you want more than one format, request a combined proposal. Do not simply add the starting prices: some coordination or setup can overlap, while other elements may need separate crew and equipment. The final budget follows the agreed running order and venue requirements.
We need a date or date range, town or venue, approximate guest count and the type of event you have in mind. A budget range helps us prioritise the strongest elements and avoid designing an occasion outside your expectations. Share anything the venue already supplies, including furniture, audio and lighting.
The written proposal will explain the selected services, event and setup timings, staffing, equipment, assumptions, tax treatment and total price. It will also identify any optional upgrades, payment arrangements and cancellation or rescheduling terms. No booking is confirmed by submitting an enquiry alone.
