Essential storage
The enquiry form uses a session cookie named boardbeat_session. It holds an identifier used for form security, submission state and the short-lived thank-you acknowledgement. The cookie is not an advertising identifier. It is configured to expire at the end of the browser session, to be inaccessible to JavaScript and to use secure transport when the site runs over HTTPS. Browser session-restoration behaviour may affect when a session cookie is removed.
Privacy choices are stored locally in your browser under boardbeat_privacy_v1. This record contains your analytics and advertising choices, a version number and the time saved. The site stops relying on it after 180 days and asks again. This essential preference record is not sent to an advertising service. If storage is blocked or cleared, you may be asked again.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off by default. No analytics tag is currently connected. If an analytics service is introduced, it must remain disabled until the relevant preference is granted and its actual processing must be reflected in this notice and the Privacy Statement.
Advertising measurement and personalisation
Advertising measurement is off by default. This category covers advertising storage, advertising user data and personalisation if those services are connected. No advertising tag is currently connected and no Google tracking request is made merely because you use these controls.
The website maintains denied defaults for ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. Your choices update those consent values. Your choices
Accept optional cookies records both optional categories as allowed. Reject non-essential keeps both off. Manage privacy settings lets you choose categories individually. Closing the settings, scrolling or moving to another page does not give consent. The essential enquiry function does not depend on optional consent.
Use in the footer or here to change or withdraw a preference. Clearing browser storage also removes the saved preference. Any future integration must stop optional processing and handle its cookies appropriately when consent is withdrawn.
