If you have already chosen a venue, include its name and any access or timing restrictions. If the location or date is still open, say so in your message. You do not need a finished event plan to start the conversation.

From a conversation
to a considered proposal.
We use your contact details to respond about your event. The first discussion clarifies the purpose, guest group and practical requirements, including what the venue or other suppliers already provide. We can then recommend a format and decide which production elements should be included in the proposal.
Your written proposal sets out the selected scope, running time, staffing, equipment, styling and price. It also identifies travel assumptions, GST treatment, optional additions and the booking arrangements. Sending this form does not reserve a date, take a payment or create a confirmed booking.
If you are organising on behalf of a company or another host, include only the information needed for the initial discussion and make sure you are authorised to share it. Please avoid sending guest lists, health information or payment details in the open message field. Access requirements can be discussed appropriately as the plan develops.
